To further develop our innovative product we are looking for a Team Lead (f/m/d) Data Science to join our this role you will focus on the further development of our Machine Learning products and lead a team of three Data Scientists.

What you can do with us:
- Be part of one of our Data Science teams to further optimize our innovative product based on machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Lead and mentor a team of three Data Scientists providing technical guidance and support
- Work on advanced and demanding AI fields such as our reinforcement learning-driven decisioning product that is used for our outbound communication
- Improve our portfolio valuation models and work closely with our Finance department as stakeholders to ensure high quality output
- Identify understand structure and solve complex problems in collaborationwith stakeholders (e.g. Behavioural Science Tech Finance Collection Market departments)
- Work on projects that deliver measurable value to our business
- Experiment with new technologies and acquire new skills to find clever solutions to the unique challenges we face
- Report directly to our Director of AI & Data Science
What you should bring for it:
- Degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics or similar
- 6 years experience as Data Scientist ideally in a startup and/or fintech company
- First leadership experience in a dynamic environment
- Extensive experience with Python and with data processing packages (e.g. Pandas Numpy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g. pytorch scikit-learn transformers)
- Familiarity with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
- Deep knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning would be a strong plus
- Impressive track-record of projects using Machine Learning to solve business problems
- Experience with agile development practices such as TDD/BDD continuous integration refactoring code reviews etc.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions such as AWS
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Willingness to dive into our data and get your hands dirty
