From our Christchurch office we deliver critical services across the energy transition power and water sectors as well as the tanks terminals and chemicals industries supporting customers throughout the wider South Island. What youll do

The role responsibilities include:

  • Lead multidisciplinary EPC project delivery managing scope schedule and budget.
  • Champion safety quality and continuous improvement across all project activities.
  • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive commercial performance by controlling budgets managing change and understanding contract and financial requirements.
  • Apply Worleys approved systems processes and tools to support consistent project execution.
  • Identify technical risks early and implement effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
  • Make informed decisions within established guidelines balancing cost schedule and project outcomes.
  • Ensure strong technical coordination across all engineering disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

What youll have

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field supported by solid engineering experience.
  • Be based in Christchurch or surrounding region.
  • Demonstrated project management experience delivering complex end to end EPC projects.
  • Proven people leadership capability with a track record of building highperforming empowered teams.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams clients and stakeholders.
  • Confident managing competing priorities while maintaining alignment with project outcomes.
  • Flexibility to travel within the South Island as required.
  • Mechanical background and experience in the water sector are advantageous.
