Location: 35 Belden Terrace Ln Franklin NC
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 8:00am5:00pm
Pay: $14$16 per hour (entry-level)
Position Summary
SERVPRO Team Bowles is seeking an onsite Receptionist (no remote work available) to support our fast-paced residential and commercial mitigation office
Key Responsibilities
Answer and distribute multiple office phone lines
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Create and manage job files
Data entry for jobs and receipts
Administrative support to staff and management Requirements
Tech savvy and able to learn new software
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Patient professional and able to work in a high call-volume office Benefits Additional Details
