Job Summary

Miltons Cuisine & Cocktails is known for its handcrafted cocktails curated wine list and warm genuine hospitality. Were looking for skilled guest-focused Bartenders who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment.

What Youll Do

Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency and care
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails wine beer and spirits
Deliver attentive friendly service to bar guests and dining room ticket orders
Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar throughout service
Accurately enter orders and handle cash and credit transactions
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
Collaborate closely with servers hosts and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Assist with opening closing and side work duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

Prior bartending experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails spirits beer and wine (or a passion to learn)
Ability to multitask and stay composed during high-volume service
Professional polished demeanor with a hospitality-first mindset
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service
