What will you be doing
This Client Insights role supports leading global prestige beauty brands by delivering insightâled solutions and thought leadership that shape brand and retailer strategies. The position plays a central role in Circanas strategic relationship with a global prestige beauty brands operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy while partnering closely with leadership. The role leverages pointâofâsale (POS) and consumer data to deliver actionable insights guide executive decisionâmaking and identify opportunities to expand how Circana supports the client. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and the ability to translate complex data into clear compelling stories that drive action.
Success in this role requires comfort navigating ambiguity owning dayâtoâday client delivery and proactively connecting clients with the right Circana teams tools and solutions. Strong proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and syndicated data tools (Circana IRI NielsenIQ) is required with panel data experience a plus.
Location: NYC Metro area strongly preferred for occasional visits to client office.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circanas data platforms and software solutions with client strategic goals. Proactively surface growth opportunities through insightâled recommendations and strong account planning.
- Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex POS and consumer data into clear actionable insights that inform executive decisionâmaking. Create and deliver weekly monthly and quarterly insights presentations aligned to client priorities and evolving business needs moving beyond reporting to implications and recommendations.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams including Client Insights Product Analytics Solutions and Thought Leadership to deliver integrated solutions. Navigate Circanas internal resources to connect clients with the right teams tools and expertise at the right time.
- Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in retail beauty and wellness to provide relevant context anticipate client needs and position Circana as a trusted thought partner.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and senior stakeholders across client organizations through confident executive presence clear communication and consistent value delivery.
- Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circanas proprietary platforms including Unify Liquid Data and Intelligence Suite to support insight delivery client engagement and solution adoption.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Support individual and team revenue goals through disciplined account planning pipeline contribution and opportunity identification tied to client needs.
- Champion Client Success: Own dayâtoâday client delivery with a high degree of autonomy proactively addressing challenges identifying growth opportunities and ensuring consistent highâquality outcomes.
- Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide client and market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings inform product development and support innovation.
- Advanced Analytic Skills: Conceive manage and deliver factâbased analyses focused on consumer solutions providing clients with clear actionable insights that support strategic decisionâmaking.
Requirements
5 years of experience using data and analysis to drive client value in a clientâfacing or consultative environment.
- Handsâon experience with syndicated data tools such as Circana IRI or NielsenIQ; panel data experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with experience creating clear executiveâready presentations.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear compelling and actionable insights.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and executive presence when engaging clients and stakeholders.
- Relationshipâoriented with the ability to build trust and credibility across client and internal teams.
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and navigating ambiguity in a fastâmoving environment.
Interest in or exposure to the beauty fashion or wellness industry strongly preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $80000 - $95000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
