As a Certified Head Teacher youll lead an engaging child-centered classroom where curiosity is encouraged families feel supported and your professional voice matters.

What Youll Do

• Lead your classroom with creativity warmth and purpose.

• Design and implement inquiry-based curriculum that inspires discovery and meets developmental milestones.

• Foster childrens social emotional and academic growth through play conversation and connection.

• Communicate proactively with families about progress and milestones.

• Ensure a safe nurturing and well-organized learning environment.

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of experience as a lead or head teacher.

• New York State Initial or Permanent Early Childhood Certification (N-6 or B-2).

• Passion for working with young children and seeing every child as capable and curious.

• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified).

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
