As aQA Compliance Engineersupporting ourQuality & Regulatory Affairs team you will be trusted to strengthen and maintain the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with global local and internal regulations at ourPuurs Manufacturing Facility in Belgium.
You will apply advanced expertise lead independent assessments and drive continuous improvement across key quality processes.
In this role a typical day will include:
Collaborating with crossfunctional partners to identify and resolve quality and compliance challenges.
Coordination of QA in Validation CSV activities Quality metrics and audits
Coordinating site gap assessments and supporting the harmonization and standardization of the Quality Management System.
Managing core quality processesincluding Quality Systems Management and Supplier & Component Quality Managementto ensure alignment with cGMP Health Authority expectations ISO standards and the Alcon Quality Manual.
Supporting the implementation of the Quality Strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and driving improvements.
Overseeing Quality Information Systems and training programs to maintain a robust and sustainable quality environment.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON
A relevant degree in a scientific engineering or technical discipline.
Experience in Quality Assurance Quality Systems or a related function within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of cGMP ISO standards and GxP requirements.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
Advanced analytical skills sound decisionmaking and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
A commitment to accuracy documentation excellence and continuous improvement.
