Job Description
Were looking for a capable and motivated Software Engineer with hands on experience in C# orReact. Youll contribute to the development of our strategic applications working across modern API driven services and user interfaces that support our lending solutions.
This role suits someone who enjoys solving real problems collaborating with others and steadily growing their technical skills. Youll work closely with senior engineers product owners and the wider team to deliver high quality features and improvements that make a meaningful impact.

Your contribution
- Develop and enhance APIdriven microservices and backend components using C#.
- Build and improve modern React user interfaces that support endtoend customer journeys.
- Investigate and resolve issues across the stack delivering practical customerfocused fixes.
- Contribute to technical discussions refinement sessions and collaborative design work.
- Support production systems by helping diagnose defects performance issues and userreported problems.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineers product owners and stakeholders to refine processes and enhance tooling.
- Write clear maintainable welltested code and contribute to documentation that supports longterm quality.

- Have solid hands on experience with C# or React in a modern software development environment.
- Are comfortable learning new tools and working across both modern and established systems.

Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure or similar).
- Interest in CI/CD DevOps practices or automation.
- Experience with JIRA Confluence or similar tools.
- Curiosity about how AI can support software development and team productivity.
