Job Summary
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia CA.
Job Summary:
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform routine specimen testing and document results according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Evaluate analytical results and escalate performance issues or unusual findings to senior staff
- Prepare buffers solutions and maintain sample and reagent storage
- Support development and documentation of new laboratory procedures
- Communicate clearly with crossfunctional teams and assist in maintaining a safe compliant and organized lab environment
What We Are Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of laboratory principles equipment and instrumentation
- Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with laboratory safety hazardous chemical handling and infection control procedures
- Other Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain accurate reporting and workflow
- Strong attention to detail with basic computer proficiency
- Capability to work independently while supporting team priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequent standing and walking occasional sitting close eye work requirement (computer typing reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $34700.00 - $72300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
