Job Summary
Description
Join a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring materials equipment and products move smoothly through our this role youll directly support manufacturing and distribution activities by keeping workflows organized accurate and compliant. Youll be part of a collaborative environment where attention to detail and strong coordination skills make a meaningful impact every day.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving and shipping of materials reagents instruments and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and material control using warehouse management systems (WMS) or related tools.
- Prepare materials for shipment and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Support scheduling planning and coordination activities to keep manufacturing workflows on track.
- Monitor workflow and help prioritize tasks within your assigned distribution area.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local national and international guidelines.
- May support fulfillment administration including tracking orders and maintaining related records.
Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping receiving inventory control or material handling
- Ability to use warehouse systems or basic digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Additional:
- Experience with WMS software or ERP systems
- Knowledge of compliance guidelines related to material handling or logistics
- Background supporting manufacturing or distribution workflows
