Payroll & HRIS Management
Manage payroll via Lucca and Silae in collaboration with an external payroll partner.
Oversee time tracking absences benefits and related HRIS tools.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal processes.
Personnel Administration
Handle employment contracts onboarding/offboarding and employee records.
Update and maintain HR documentation and policies.
Manage benefits administration (healthcare leave remote work etc.).
Recruitment & Onboarding
Collaborate with the groups Talent Acquisition team on hiring processes.
Participate in interviews and support candidate experience.
Create and implement onboarding processes for new hires.
Social Relations & Compliance
Serve as HR point of contact for employee representatives and CSE.
Ensure compliance with French labor law and coordinate audits.
Manage health & safety obligations and mandatory training.
Organizational Development
Support managers with performance reviews and employee growth plans.
Help improve HR processes and contribute to a positive company culture.
Foster employee engagement and inclusion.
Coordinate and support internal employee engagement events (breakfast summer party Christmas party etc.).
