As a RemServ Salary Packaging - Customer Care Consultant in our Brisbane contact centre you will champion our value of Customer Always demonstrating a customer-centric mindset in all your interactions.

• You will provide personal confidential customer service to a broad range of clients across multiple platforms to support Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.
• We believe we are Better Together; we work together to do the right thing and deliver better outcomes for our customers and each other
• We provide youwith all the necessary training in salary packaging and novated leasing
• Work-Life Balance - 38 hours a week with a rotating roster between 8am and 7pm no weekend work
• We provide you with everything you need to get started youll receive a company laptop monitor keyboard mouse and headset

To be considered for this role you will possess the following

• A strong customer service focus
• Recent experience working in Contact Centre Retail or Hospitality
• You enjoy assisting customers with their enquiries and can provide simple explanations to complex issues
• Keen problem solver who thinks outside the box
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Solid experience learning and using new systems
