As a RemServ Salary Packaging - Customer Care Consultant in our Brisbane contact centre you will champion our value of Customer Always demonstrating a customer-centric mindset in all your interactions.

- You will provide personal confidential customer service to a broad range of clients across multiple platforms to support Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.
- We believe we are Better Together; we work together to do the right thing and deliver better outcomes for our customers and each other
- We provide youwith all the necessary training in salary packaging and novated leasing
- Work-Life Balance - 38 hours a week with a rotating roster between 8am and 7pm no weekend work
- We provide you with everything you need to get started youll receive a company laptop monitor keyboard mouse and headset
To be considered for this role you will possess the following
- A strong customer service focus
- Recent experience working in Contact Centre Retail or Hospitality
- You enjoy assisting customers with their enquiries and can provide simple explanations to complex issues
- Keen problem solver who thinks outside the box
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Solid experience learning and using new systems
