What this position entails
As a Product Designer at Milliman IntelliScript youll play a hands-on role in designing innovative solutions for our SaaS platforms (Irix Curv R&D and more). Youll collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to create user-centered experiences that drive value for our customers. This is an opportunity to shape the direction of our products contribute to a growing design practice and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced technical environment.
What you will be doing
- Work through all phases of the design process from research and discovery to prototyping validation and final delivery
- Partner with Product Managers Engineers and other stakeholders to define requirements iterate on solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Conduct user research gather feedback and translate insights into intuitive designs that solve real user problems
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Help maintain and evolve our design systems and processes for consistency and efficiency
- Champion user-centered design across the organization and advocate for best practices
What we need
- 5 years of relevant product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for solving user problems

The overall salary range for this role is $93700 - $177675. For candidates residing in:
- Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey Pennsylvania Virginia Washington the District of Columbia New York City Newark San Jose or San Francisco the salary range is $107755 - $177675.
- All other locations the salary range is $93700 - $154500.
A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.
