Description

HPM is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator. This positionsupports HPMs marketing and communications efforts by coordinating executing and maintaining marketing materials proposals brand assets and internal/external communications. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is detail-oriented organized eager to learn and motivated to grow within a collaborative fast-paced construction environment. The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy consistency and alignment with HPMs brand while supporting cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.

HPM is a General Contractor located in Englewood Colorado with a focus in three primary working groups; 1) Federal 2) Commercial and 3) Civil. We work all throughout the front range and select locations throughout Colorado as well as key projects out of state including our secondary office in Anchorage AK. We pride ourselves in managing clean organized and professional projects from start to finish with an emphasis on successful client relationships. Much of our work is for repeat clients including local governments private clients and the federal government. We utilize proven project management fundamentals on each of our projects.

Pay:$65000 - $75000 annual DOE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Functions / Duties

Corporate Standards:

  • Incorporate HPMs company-wide branding initiatives into all materials.
  • Ensure consistent updated appearance and style for all collaterals.
  • Implement best practices style guides and templates as prescribed by department leadership.
  • Ensure HPMs image remains consistent and impactful to target audiences.
  • Utilize library of standard graphic elements (e.g. logos fonts etc.).

Marketing & Communications Support:

  • Assist with the development coordination and execution of marketing materials including proposals qualifications presentations social media content and internal communications.
  • Support brand consistency by following established brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy clarity grammar and brand alignment.
  • Maintain marketing templates resumes project sheets and other standard materials.
  • Assist with the planning coordination and execution of internal and external events including employee meetings conferences and community outreach initiatives.

Proposal & Business Development Support:

  • Assist with proposal coordination tasks including document setup formatting compiling content and deadline tracking.
  • Support the collection and organization of project information team resumes and graphics.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to gather required input in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Support the creation and ongoing management of a repeatable process for collecting and updating project information to ensure future proposals are efficient consistent and accurate.
  • Assist in creating updating and standardizing employee resumes to align with proposal requirements and HPM brand guidelines.
  • Help maintain organized current marketing content that supports both immediate pursuits and long-term business development needs.

Qualifications

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of marketing communications or related experience preferred.
  • Experience in AEC professional services or corporate marketing environments is a plus but not required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Create Suite programs InDesign Photoshop Illustrator and Premiere Pro (or comparable video editing software).
  • Basic knowledge of Associated Press (AP) style of writing with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Self-directed detail-oriented organized and motivated to accomplish a vast array of department goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people in all roles across the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced deadline-driven and dynamic environment.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to federal contractor requirements.
  • Must be 18 years old
