We are located in New Caney Texas

Starting compensation range $14.00 - $20.00 per hour with merit based raises
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Must enjoy interacting with customers and providing information/solutions as needed
- Ability to listen and learn quickly
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to meet production goals
- Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Applying fertilizers weed control insect and disease control to lawns according to schedule safety procedures and label instructions
- Identification of pests cultural problems and the proper use of select products
- Driving company vehicle to customer locations
- Effectively communicating with customers regarding treatment and recommendations
- Managing daily vehicle inventory and equipment
- Completion of accurate documentation for customers office and Texas Department of Agriculture
- Maintaining vehicle and equipment
