This roleis responsible forbuilding customer journeys deploying targeted campaigns ensuring data accuracyproviding detailed executive-level reporting and impactand partnering with cross-functional teams to drive engagement lead conversion and personalized customer experiences.
Specific Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
Build test and deploy multistep customer journeys using Journey Builder Automation Studio and Email Studio.
Create and manage segmented email SMS and push notification campaigns.
Support triggered scheduled andreal-timemarketing programs across the customerlifecycle.
Maintain campaign calendars and ensuretimelyexecution.
Data Management & Audience Segmentation
Work with marketing and data teams to define audience criteria and segmentation logic.
Ensure proper use of Data Extensions Contact Builder and subscriber attributes.
Conduct data hygiene checks and troubleshoot data flow or campaign issues.
Content Setup & Quality Assurance
Build and QA email templates dynamic content and personalization strings.
Runpre-deploymentchecks including rendering tests link validation andCAN-SPAM & TCPAcompliance reviews.
Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all marketing assets.
Reporting & Optimization
Monitorandreportperformance metrics (deliverability open rates CTR conversion metrics).
Assistanalytics teams in buildingdashboards or recurring reports using SFMC ReportingSFMCDatorama or CRM datawithPowerBI.
Identifyopportunities for optimization and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion.
Develop and present executive-level reporting on all marketing automation including individual metrics and financial impactstothe business.
Collaboration & Support
Partner with marketing sales product and analytics teams oncross-channelinitiatives.
Support documentation of processes campaign requirements and best practices.
Assistwith platform administration tasks user support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Bachelorsdegreein marketing/communicationsor5 years of marketing experience
Minimum of3-5years of experience with digital marketing email/SMSmarketingandmarketing automation.
2yearshands-onexperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio Journey Builder and Automation Studio).
Deep understanding of audience segmentation customer journeys and campaign performance metrics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
Experience with SQL for segmentation and Automation Studio queries.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template updates.
Exposure to CRM (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud preferred).
Google Analytics 4experience.
