MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain current customer relationship:
Providing first-line service and support to maintain firm relationships with customers.
Introducing Abbott Molecular assays applications and systems to customers
Planning and conduct customer visits to provide new product information and gather requests from customers.
Managing customer relationships and thorough planning preparing and follow-up customer visit (pre-call plan post-call).
Deliver Sales Growth:
Execute area sales strategies to drive existing customer business and protecting base business
Renewals of most of assigned accounts (adhering to standard renewals procedures)
Menu Expansion (Utilization of existing products; new product launches)
Business Planning:
Conduct business reviews and monthly forecasting to drive maintain and update salesforces
Customer Management:
Replenish and control customer inver
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work Experience
Experience
Minimum 5 years working experience in sales or support in IVD/ Medical Devices Industry (experience in Molecular Testing is preferable)
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Major: biology/biotechnology/bio-medical or medical related field
