OurBDC Representatives are the voice of our brand helping customers set service appointments while delivering an outstanding experience on every call.

What Youll Do:

• Handleinbound and outbound service appointment callswith professionalism and warmth.

• Manage multiple communication systems and scheduling tools.

• Work collaboratively with fellow experts to support our customers and dealership locations.

• Maintain strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

• A clear and professional communicator especially over the phone.

• Detail-oriented and organizedprior call center experience is a plus.

Schedule:

• Full-time 40 hours per week MondaySaturday availability required.

• Office hours: MondayFriday7:00 AM 6:00 PM Saturday8:00 AM 3:00 PM.

• Flexibility for high-performing team members.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass abackground check and drug screening.

• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance are a must.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Benefits:

• Starting payfor this position:$16/hour(potential monthly bonus opportunity of $100 based on individual productivity)
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience and education
