We are a fast-paced growing three-location dealership group based in San Diego. Our CEO oversees multiple operations and initiatives simultaneously and is seeking a highly capable Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted partner in daily operations and strategic execution.
Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO will provide comprehensive administrative organizational and operational support in a high-intensity environment. This individual must be exceptionally professional discreet adaptable and capable of pivoting at a moments notice.
Essential Functions:
- Provide primary administrative support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements including flights accommodations transportation and itineraries.
- Drive to the airport to pick up and drop off guests.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion; maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Coordinate communications across multiple locations.
- Support executive projects and initiatives
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Maintain satisfactory attendance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid drivers license and safe driving record.
- Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
- Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year experience working in business administration Communications or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other office management tools.
- Experience using AI and comfortable using different types of technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently stands walks sits;uses hands;frequently reaches with hands and arms;frequently talks and hears.
- Occasionally climbs or balances; occasionally stoops kneels crouches squats or crawls.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- The role may require flexibility in hours and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Environment/Noise:
- Office setting.
- Climate controlled.
- Noise level is quiet to moderate.
Pay Range: $28 - $40 per hour
