The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration optimization and support of Resonetics Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related technologies. This role supports the integrity of employee data ensures effective system operations and delivers analytics and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for HRIS platforms including core HR modules such as job profiles organizational structure and position management
- Maintain and configure systems including ADP SAP SuccessFactors iCIMS or other platforms ensuring accurate setup of user roles workflows business processes and integrations
- Monitor and ensure data integrity and accuracy through routine audits validation checks and system maintenance
- Manage role-based access security and compliance protocols across HR systems
- Identify recommend and implement system enhancements and configuration updates to improve user experience and process efficiency
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop maintain and distribute recurring HR dashboards and reports (e.g. headcount turnover diversity metrics organizational charts)
- Support HR and business leaders with ad hoc reporting and data analyses to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Partner with Finance Operations and IT teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on data needs and reporting
Projects & Stakeholder Support
- Lead or participate in HR technology projects including implementations upgrades integrations and testing
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure system standardization scalability and compliance across all locations
- Provide training documentation and support to HR users and managers on system functionality and best practices
- Stay current on trends and developments in HR technology recommending innovations to improve operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) a plus
- Global System administration
- Experiencing leveraging AI tools
