We are searching for a talented Sr. HRIS Analyst

This position is hybrid/remote. Must live locally to New Bedford MA and will be required to attend in-person meetings quarterly.

Position reports to the Manager HRIS or designee. The Senior HRIS Analyst is a trusted expert and independent contributor who leverages the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role blends technical proficiency advanced analytics and critical thinking to generate actionable insights that strengthen workforce planning and optimize HR operations. A strong understanding of HR best practices and emerging trends including the ethical and effective use of AI to shape the future of HR is preferred.

• Bachelors degree in HR Information Systems Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 5 years of HRIS administration experience with demonstrated success in a senior or lead capacity.
• Experience leading cross-functional HR technology initiatives.
• Expertise with HRIS platforms (PeopleSoft Oracle SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze large complex data sets and translate findings into clear actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize meet deadlines and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes compliance requirements and data privacy regulations.
• Certification in HRIS systems analytics or project management is a plus.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
