As theSr. Director of Media for Growth Markets you will build and lead the media strategy frameworks and operating models that empower markets to plan and activatequickly effectively and consistently. You will guide fullfunnel media execution across emerging regions ensuring topoffunnel and brand-building efforts complement performance-driven plans led by DTC Retail Media and Amazon teams.

This is a highimpact leadership role for a critical thinker who excels in complexity thrives in highgrowth environments and brings an agile testandlearn mindset to modern media.

What Youll Do

Growth Market Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development ofintegrated fullfunnel media strategiesfor Growth Markets spanning topfunnel with a social-first mindset (Paid Social Video Partnerships) midfunnel channels (Paid Social) and complementing lowerfunnel programs (Amazon Retail Media DTC).
  • Create crossregion media playbooks templates and operating frameworks that enable rapid and repeatable planning.
  • Translate commercial and brand goals into clear actionable media briefs for regional teams and agency partners.
  • Ensure media plans align with global priorities while reflecting local nuance and market realities.
  • Lead media transformation initiatives that improvespeed agility automation and measurement maturity.

Agile Campaign Management & performance Optimization

  • Oversee planning activation and optimization across digital social OLV/CTV OOH and emerging channels.
  • Guide markets onbudget allocation frameworks ensuring investments maximize ROI and support quarterly forecasts.
  • Review weekly performance data across media mix creative and pacing; provide direction to optimize in real time.
  • Triangulate insights across analytics MMM brand lift and inplatform metrics to refine strategies and build learning agendas.

Cross Functional Partnership & Agency Leadership

  • Serve as the senior media partner for Growth Marketscollaborating with Brand Creative IMC Social Performance Media Insights Amazon/Retail and Market GMs.
  • Build bridges between global and regional teams to ensureconnection consistency and shared learnings.
  • Lead global and regional agency relationshipsoverseeing briefing performance reviews optimizations and quarterly business updates.
  • Partner with local teams to ensure media supports commercial plans distribution timelines and product launch calendars.

Leadership Influence Capability Building

  • Mentor and guide regional marketers elevating media expertise across Growth Markets.
  • Establish aglobaltolocal media leadership frameworkthat enhances consistency and operational excellence.
  • Act as a key member of the global media leadership team providing insights and recommendations to senior executives.
  • Present strategies performance updates and opportunities with clarity confidence and influence.

Data Measurement & Innovation

  • Champion measurement excellence across Growth Markets showcasing leadership across audience strategy and incrementality frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Insights Analytics and Retail partners to develop Point-of-Sale dashboards and learning agendas that elevate decisionmaking.
  • Lead testing and innovation roadmap to continuously advance SharkNinjas commerce maturity.

What Youll Bring

  • 1015 yearsof experience in media strategy planning and investment across global or multimarket environments.
  • Proven experience driving fullfunnel media programs in highgrowth consumer categories (tech appliances CPG retail etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging MMM analytics dashboards DSPs platform tools and audience insights.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex budgets and leading agency relationships.
  • Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder leadership skills.
  • Experience in matrixed multinational environments with the ability to influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in highgrowth consumer brands or multi-category portfolio environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving SKUlevel performance and retaileraligned media activation.
  • Oversight of growth or emerging regions (EMEA Middle East Africa LATAM).
  • Familiarity with distributor models retail media networks and shopper media ecosystems.
  • Experience leading content systems media transformations or global playbook development.
