Job Summary

This role is an extension of our sales and service team helping our A-List and Premium Club Members during games by aiding with service needs and assisting with any ticket issues.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Create relationships with Braves A-List Premium Club Members (Season Ticket Holders)
  • Practicing knowledge of ballpark policies to ensure the safety of all guests and employees.
  • Provide high level of customer service.
  • Problem solve in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate ability to proactively resolve service issues and anticipate the needs of our members.
  • Exceed service expectations of all clients.
  • Ability to be flexible and work numerous positions throughout a home stand.
  • Ability to learn ticketing software and policies.
  • Seasonal position with hourly pay rate of $13 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work the majority of Braves home games.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6 hours) including climbing up/down staircases.
  • Must be able to report to work 2 ½ hours before each game.
  • Must have excellent speaking writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented person who can manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player who demonstrates a consistent positive attitude.
  • Archtics and CRM experience a plus.
  • Successfully complete a criminal and credit background check.
