As a Vocabulary Design Specialist you will personalize each clients device prior to shipment so their new technology feels familiar friendly and part of their everyday life. You will be adding what they want to communicate often like photos of mom and dad pets jokes and more making it as easy as possible for them to begin speaking as quickly as possible.
As a Vocabulary Design Specialist you will learn everything about the technology powering our exclusive line of speech-generating devices and how to customize them so you can:
Create and personalize pages for our clients prior to shipment and ongoing as needed.
Provide phone and email support for staff members related to device personalization.
Collaborate with multiple departments.
