What Youll Do
The Community Relations Director (CRD) leads the sales and marketing initiatives for the entire Campus (IL/AL/MC).The goal is to increase/maintain occupancy. The CRD supports the financial success of the community representing the companys culture and values developing strategic marketing plans and role-modeling extraordinary customer service. The CRD builds relationships with future residents families team members vendors and the greater community.
As Community Relations Director you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:
- You will have overall responsibility for the sales and marketing process working collaboratively with members of your leadership team.
- You will make sales calls schedule educational presentations and coordinate marketing events.
- You will do outreach to nursing homes physician offices and other health care professionals.
- You will guide train and support team members to serve as a backup in taking inquiry calls giving tours and providing customer service as needed.
- You will maintain a working knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- You will prepare reports as required and develop strategic marketing plans.
- You will model the Compass Senior Living values of goodness loyalty faith and fun as a representative of your community.

- You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read write and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
- You will meet all health requirements as specified by state and/or federal regulations.
- You will be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- You will be able to pass a criminal background check.
- You will have a valid drivers license.
- You will have the ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
