The Cost & Price Intern will be responsible for supporting proposal development by preparing competitive pricing strategies analyzing cost data and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented analytical and eager to learn the fundamentals of cost and price analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing proposal pricing models that balance competitiveness with profitability.
Collect organize and analyze cost data from internal departments and external sources.
Prepare pricing summaries cost breakdowns and supporting documentation for proposal submissions.
Collaborate with project managers finance and business development teams to align pricing with strategic goals.
Conduct market research to benchmark pricing against industry standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies client requirements and applicable regulations.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline pricing processes.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering is highly preferred Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of cost and pricing analysis.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and cost structures.
