Senior Meta & Google Ads Specialist Local Service Lead Generation
Overview
We are looking for a true performance-focusedexpert not just an ad operator. This role is responsible for planning launching and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns that generate high-quality leads and booked jobs for local service businesses with a strong emphasis on strategy tracking and revenue outcomes not just clicks or cheap leads.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Meta and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for local service businesses (e.g. home services pest control etc.).
Build manage and optimize campaigns to drive high-quality leads that turn into booked jobs and revenue not just form fills or calls.
Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking for calls forms and booked jobs using pixels tags and CRM integrations as needed.
Regularly analyze performance (CPL cost per booked job conversion rates lead quality and revenue) and propose clear action plans.
Develop and test new creatives frequently (ad copy hooks images videos) with a structured testing roadmap especially on Meta.
Collaborate with the team to improve landing pages funnels and overall lead quality.
Prepare clear reports that translate campaign results into business outcomes and next steps not just platform metrics.
What Were Looking For
We are specifically seeking a high-level strategist who can clearly explain the why behind their actions not someone who simply knows how to press buttons in Ads Manager.
NonNegotiable Experience
Proven hands-on experience running both Meta and Google Ads campaigns (not just assisting or observing).
Direct experience withlead generationcampaigns (not just ecommerce).
Experience working withlocal service businesses preferably in home services (e.g. pest control HVAC plumbing cleaning etc.).
Strong understanding of conversion tracking including calls form submissions and booked jobs.
Demonstrated experience managing real ad budgets of at least 1500 USD per month.
We will not consider candidates whose experience is limited to: online courses boosted posts only or general VA work without true campaign ownership.
Strategic Thinking & Required Knowledge
You must be able to answer and discuss the following topics clearly and confidently before being considered:
Explain the difference betweencost per leadandcost per booked job and why leads alone do not equal revenue.
Speak to howclose rateimpacts overall performance cost per booked job and profitability.
Walk through at least one campaign you personally managed for a local service business including:

Explain how often creatives should be updated on Meta today and show that you understand the need for frequent testing rather than setandforget campaigns.
Clearly articulate what matters more: low cost per lead vs. highquality leads and why quality and conversion are more important than cheap volume.
Identify whichmetricsyou use to determine if a campaign is successful with emphasis on:
Provide a specific example of how you have improvedlead qualityin the past (e.g. changes in targeting creative offers or landing pages) and the results of those changes.

3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads for lead generation ideally for local or home service businesses.

Excellent communication skills; able to explain strategy and results to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of improving both lead volumeandlead quality.
