Route Manager

ITU AbsorbTech is hiring aRoute Managerto join our team in Elk Grove Village IL.

In this role you will:

• Interact with customers and Route Service and Sales Representative
• Responsible for achieving revenue growth targets for the department through sales and retention.
• Build relationships ensure Genuine Service Excellence and always meet or exceed our customers needs.
• Observe analyze and coach subordinates performance and behavior through evaluation rides and coaching sessions to meet or exceed performance goals and fully develop their skill sets.
• Manage new product trials with target accounts and existing customers.
• Effectively secure new service agreements and service agreement renewals.
• 50%-60% of the week is spent on the road with the team and covering on route when needed.

Schedule: Availability to work between 5am-5pm flexibility is needed. Monday through Friday.

Pay: $52000-$55000 a year depending on experience commission bonus plan.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma and two years experience or equivalent work experience and a clean driving record are required. Experience in distribution and customer service in a business-to-business environment preferred. Must have good written and verbal communication skills organizational skills problem solving skills and must be flexible. Ability to obtain DOT med card.

Each year we recover over 200000 gallons of oil and solvents from our customers used products.
