Full-Time W-2 Position
No experience No problem. We provide paid training mentorship and a clear path to leadership.
Top performers can move into leadership roles within 1590 days and significantly increase their income.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
Canvass neighborhoods and engage homeowners about solar energy
Set qualified appointments for Solar Specialists
Participate in daily in-office training for growth and income development
Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth customer experiences
Maintain organized notes and follow-ups for scheduled appointments
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
Full-time availability: MondayFriday 11:00 AM8:00 PM (Weekends optional)
Ability to commute to our Bronx location
Confident outgoing communicator with a professional presence
Coachable motivated and growth-oriented mindset
Sales door-to-door or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
