Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA IV)

Duration: 10-month contract
Location: Riverside CA (Remote)

Note: The PayRate mentioned is as per C2C Tax Term W2 Rate will differ.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA IV) to perform advanced technology-focused analysis of complex business processes systems and practices. This role is responsible for identifying business needs developing system and process solutions creating detailed technical specifications and supporting system implementation and testing activities.

The Senior BSA will work at the highest technical level across multiple phases of systems analysis and may lead cross-functional teams to address complex business and systems challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced business analysis methodologies to define highly complex system scope objectives and requirements

• Analyze business practices processes and problems to develop technology-driven solutions

• Design initiate or modify complex systems and procedures where standards may or may not exist

• Create highly technical system and process specifications with broad organizational impact

• Perform detailed requirements analysis and translate business needs into system and process specifications

• Design user interfaces and automated system workflows as needed

• Develop and execute unit integration and end-user acceptance testing plans

• Validate requirements against business needs and ensure solution alignment

• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to resolve complex business or system issues

• Initiate implement and document business process changes and procedural updates

• Provide advanced user support training and mentorship to experienced Business Systems Analysts

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Experience supporting PeopleSoft applications including:

  • Benefits

  • Payroll

  • Workforce Administration (WFA)

• Advanced expertise in business and process analysis

• Strong knowledge of enterprise process and software design across organizations

• Advanced skills in system and process design modification and implementation

• Proven ability to develop process and system implementation plans

• Experience with systems analysis methodologies including:

  • Waterfall

  • Agile / Agile Scrum

  • UML and related modeling techniques

• Proficiency in requirements documentation standards including:

  • Use Case modeling

  • User stories

  • Narrative specifications

• Demonstrated testing and test planning expertise

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams

• Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
