Pipeline Management: Use our advanced CRM and prospecting databases to schedule document and track your activityturning leads into long-term partnerships.
Daily Performance: Execute high-impact phone blocking sessions to maintain peak activity levels and consistently crush your monthly growth quotas.
Collaborative Winning: Work seamlessly with the outside sales team to flip complex opportunities ensuring GFL never misses a chance to serve a customer.
Experience: 1 years of success in sales or high-stakes customer service. You know how to handle objections and stay focused on the goal.
Sales DNA: Natural ability to influence negotiate and close. You are a self-starter who thrives when the pressure is on.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating CRM databases to manage your sales funnel.
Business Acumen: Ability to communicate professionally across various industries and levels of leadership from small business owners to corporate managers.

High School Diploma or GED required.
