Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire an ERP Parts Specialist for a warehouse located in Atlanta!

Qualifications for ERP Parts Specialists:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

Prior experience managing quote-to-manufacturing processes with an ERP system.
Epicor ERP experience is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Bills or Materials in a manufacturing ERP environment.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
Familiar with production planning and scheduling.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for ERP Parts Specialists:

Manage and maintain engineering functions with Epicor support quote-to-manufacturing processes.
Create review and update Bills or Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering Operations Production and Planning teams to ensure data integrity and smooth handoffs.
Support changes updates and corrections to avoid downstream production issues.
Assist with production planning and scheduling activities as needed.
Ensure system transactions and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Identify and escalate potential issues that may impact manufacturing or delivery timelines.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $21.63/hour
