Position Summary
The internship experience will provide a best-in-class learning opportunity for interns interested in pursuing careers in Treasury operations and Corporate Finance. This ten-week program will provide an opportunity to learn how the Treasury discipline aids in the successful management of a companys assets. The program will offer an opportunity to learn more about treasury management cash forecasting debt capital markets and investing strategies. The internship will include group work project-based assignments virtual and in-person training and sessions on a number of topics that are intended to help interns become exposed to the tremendous opportunities in the industry.What will your job entail

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree inFinance Accounting Economics Risk Management & Insurance or a related Business field.
Preferred graduation dates:December 2026 May 2027 December 2027 or May 2028
Experience using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel PowerPoint Word); familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus
Ability to commute to the Chicago officelocateddowntown in the Loop
Key Responsibilities:
Learn processes and procedures of organization and related to the insurance industry.
Engage and collaborate on projects related tovarious typesof Treasury deliverables for a publicly traded company.
Gain analytical technical and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities.
Network with leaders and other interns to develop professional connections.
Learn best in class cash management strategies which areutilizedby publicly traded companies
Develop treasury reporting which will be used by treasury management
Assistwith short term investment planning and execution
Aid in the creation of detailed procedure manuals and process maps of treasury activities
Work on cross functionalactivities which will enhance understanding of treasurys role in an organization
Participate in meetings with various large banking partners
Aid in the maintenance the Kyriba treasury management system
Assistwith global cash reporting and cash forecasting
Assistwith otherprojects asassigned.

Excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization both internally and externally and to develop andmaintainstrong business relationships.
Proficient use ofExcel Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to work inateamenvironment as well as independently.
Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Analyst and problem-solving skills including research and investigation.
Ability to apply independent critical thinking but also to follow instructions and take direction.
