Internet Director Capitol Chevrolet (Austin TX)
Capitol Chevrolet the #1 Volume Chevy Dealership in Austin is looking for a proven Internet Director to lead our digital sales department. We are looking for a results-driven leader who thrives on performance accountability andopportunity. With 1400 fresh leads monthly were seeking a professional who can drive performance close deals and take full ownership of our internet sales process.
We need a leader who knows how to manage volume coach a team and personally produce results. Our expectation is clear: a closing ratio near 30%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming digital leads with a focus on speed structure and conversion
- Personally work Dealer Socket and Masterminddaily handling inbound leads and making 80100 outbound calls
- Lead and develop internet sales teamwith training and accountability
- Drive appointment volume and ensure high show-to-sale ratios
- Optimize lead follow-up processes to reduce response time and increase engagement
- Work with sales managers to ensure sales
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Internet Sales Experience required
- Sales management or team leadership experience preferred
- 5 day work week-willing to work Fridays and Saturdays 9am-9pm
- History of closing at 2530% or higher from digital leads
- Deep understanding of Dealer Socket Mastermindand modern lead handling strategies
- High-level phone email and texting skills
- Ability to motivate a team while remaining personally accountable for results
