Werecurrently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our collaborative teamatour Bangor Maine location. This part-time office-based role (24 hours per week) offers an opportunity to build your skills while contributing to projects that strengthen our brand and client relationships.

What YoullDo:

As a key member of our marketing teamyoullsupport a variety of initiatives including:

• Coordinating event participation andsponsorships.

• Managing our employee clothing program and inventory of swag and other branded items.

• Assistingwith vendor coordination for graphics photography and signage.

• Updating resumes and marketing documents using provided templates.

• Organizing business card orders.

• Supporting essential marketing tasks when the Marketing Manager is away.

What WereLooking For:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Ability to work effectively with other team members in multiple divisions andgeographic locations.

• Comfortable learning newsoftware;experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Previousexperience in an administrative role preferred but not.

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing or business is helpful.

• Valid drivers license and active auto insurance.
