Your role and impact

As Product Lead for Current Account PI you are the driving force behind the entire product of current accounts and subscriptions for all PI customers (ages 099). You are the thought leader and drive activities that define and implement the strategy for subscription models manage packages strategy lifecycle management journeys and daily banking fee communications. Also you will oversee opening and maturity processes for all Current Accounts.

• Digitize and optimize product and customer journeys to ensure they exceed market standards and deliver accessible frictionless digital banking with an outstanding customer experience.
• Oversee the design and execution of product policies ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage incident and complaint handling to safeguard customer trust and continuously improve operational processes.
• Ensure all journeys meet lifecycle management and risk appetite standards maintaining quality compliance and operational resilience.

Role and responsibilities

• Lead a team of 9 Customer Journey Experts (GJA 1618) and data analysts. Also in this team IT delivery teams are allocated.
• Define and drive product strategy: Translate tribe objectives into actionable product roadmaps and delivery strategies aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement: identify opportunities to simplify processes improve digital capabilities and deliver superior customer experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders IT teams and external partners to align priorities and manage expectations.
• Build and lead high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Drive performance across KPIs including STP CSAT journey conversion friction reduction feature delivery lifecycle compliance and availability.

• Have a masters degree and a proven 5 years leadership experience in digital product and journey management in a complex data-driven environment and/or financial industry.
• Combine business IT and analytical skills to steer on delivery of strategic projects such as development of superior customer journeys and eliminate frictions.
• Have a strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence and customer impact.
• Have strong understanding of regulatory compliance and customer experience design.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Have leadership capabilities to build and guide high-performing teams.
• Collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Are able to navigate different perspectives and manage conflicts professionally.
• Drive towards meaningful and sustainable impact in a persistent and constructive manner.
• Demonstrate a high level of self-awareness use feedback and reflection and are able to adjust behaviour where needed.
