Job Summary
Position Description:
Are you a Junior C# XOne Developer Come join our Banking Technology team at CGI !
This is a central and dynamic role where you will design develop test and deploy new features for critical applications used by traders and operations teams in New York and across the globe.
We are looking for Software Developers who are versatile demonstrate strong ownership and are eager to take on new challenges across the full stack while delivering innovative solutions that support business growth.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
What will your day-to-day look like
Youll start your day with a morning coffee and a Scrum meeting alongside your teammates sharing priorities and upcoming challenges.
You will collaborate closely with your team and Product Owner to work on prioritized tasks. Developers are at the core of every project regularly participating in peer reviews analysis sessions and user demonstrations.
Once your code is completed and validated you will contribute to production releases using automated delivery processes regulated guidelines and solid unit testing practices.
There is never a typical day in this environment which is exactly what makes the role exciting.
Your key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using C#
Work with MQ Series for messaging solutions
Design and interact with Oracle databases
Use GIT for version control
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Manage dependencies with NuGet
Write and maintain unit tests using MOQ
Participate in code reviews analysis and delivery activities

Required Qualifications
2 years of experience as a developer.
Bilingualism (French/English) required*
Strong knowledge of C#
Experience with MQ Series
Experience with Oracle databases
Familiarity with GIT
Exposure to Jenkins
Knowledge of NuGet
Experience with MOQ or similar testing frameworks
*Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.

Loc: Downtown Montreal
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60000$11500. This role is an existing vacancy.
