The successful candidate will join the finance team to provide financial services and complete financial related processes and tasks for multiple and specific units and departments as assigned.
This individual will support the Team Manager and team to prepare and review Departmental Reports Departmental Account reconciliations revenues analyses expenses analyses encumbrances analyses and assist with Departmental budget development.
The successful candidate will perform accounting functions including accounts payable invoicing purchasing and budgeting for both Grant and Departmental accounts.
This position will work with the department heads faculty members and staff on the status of Departmental accounts.
The successful candidate will also work with other finance team staff as well as other Finance and Business Operations staff within the Division.
Other duties as assigned.
