As a Material Program Manager youre a self-starter capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. This position will support Domain Awareness and Precision Strike (DAPS).

What You Will Do

Develop and execute Material Program Plans Subcontract Management Plans and other strategic planning tools
Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans to meet program commitments & proactively manage mitigation plans
Supporting financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
Work closely with Engineering Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Collaborate with Supply Chain functions for support as needed
Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews
Oversight of subcontractor execution performance
Forecasting material sales and meeting commitments
Obtain MPM certification level 3 within 1 year of hire

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires bachelors degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years experience in a supply chain role finance engineering and/or program/project management
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
