The Technical Coach is responsible for supporting and assisting the facilitation of the Training and Development programs within U500 Presale and Quality. Drives continuous business improvements through coaching and works with the Presale Enablement team to strive for positive results.
The ideal candidate for this role is driven to make an impact on the business and motivated to drive for excellence. You are a quick learner who is detail oriented and can handle multiple priorities at once. Involvement in coaching trainings and special projects will be a part of your day to day responsibilities.
Role Summary:
The selected candidate will support the development and delivery of technical coaching on company products and technologies so as to ensure that employees develop maintain and increase their own technical and/or process knowledge. The Technical Coach will ensure system/process updates are communicated and checks for understanding. This individual will also be an integral member of the Presale Enablement team involved in quality reporting and recommendations support procedural gaps and development of clear concise job aids. The technical coach will work closely with the presale team to provide tools and techniques that support performance improvement plans quality & productivity coaching and proper utilization of tools and applications pertaining to the role. The Select Presale Technical Coach will report directly to the Presale Enablement Improvement Manager.
