A Day in the Life:

The Mission: Respond to acute patient needs across Brooklynperforming stabilizing interventions that keep patients out of the hospital.

The Wrap: End your shift knowing youve provided 1-on-1 care that actually moved the needle on patient outcomes.
What You Bring:
The Experience: At least 2 years in a high-acuity environment (ED ICU or Hospitalist). 4 years preferred.
The License: Active NY State NP or PA license with board certification.
The Mindset: You are tech-savvy adaptable and passionate about the future of Hospital-at-Home medicine.
