Your Role:
The Senior Manager Marketing Operations is a crucial role within the commercial team and willbe responsible forleading managing measuring and driving continuous improvement ofspeaker bureau program operationsHCPand patientengagementcontracting andmanagementandnational advisory board operationsfor the Rare Tumor Commercial individual will support three separatebrandsteamsandtwo therapeutic areas to support the commercial success of the business unit.
This role will involvea high levelof cross-functional collaboration strategic thinking and creative problem solving and project management requires the selected individual to become a champion for evolving processes and operations to be more efficient and effective for internal and external -functionalpartnershipwill include butisnot limited to marketing sales market access compliance medical legal regulatory and professional organizations. This position reports to theLeadofU.S. Rare Tumors Marketing Operations and will work in close partnership with the broader U.S. Rare Tumors Commercial Team.
Location Classification Hybrid:
This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- SpeakerBureau andProgramOperations& Training
- Ensure compliance with HCP engagement policiesprocess and programs in close collaboration with Compliance Legal and Business Operation partners and help ensure audit preparedness and operational audit remediation and tracking.
- Lead all aspects of vendormanagementfor speaker bureau operations reportingprogramlogistics and budget forecasting and actualsfor assigned brandsfor over200 programs with60contracted speakers.
- Manageoperationalplanning andexecutionof annual speaker bureau contractingand support theregional marketing lead (RML)team in the nomination process.
- Manage all aspects of field programming execution across theportfoliosupporting both consumer and healthcare professionalsincludingreconciliation as the subject matter expert of policiesresourcesand the online portal and as the primary point forissuesreporting and and deliver user training for speaker program operationsexecutionand reconciliation.
- Own budget development PO/SOW management accruals reconciliations and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Manage the analysis offield programs to ensure they aligntobrand strategies and are successful.
- Lead weekly meetings with Speaker Program/Consulting Vendor to track/monitor and report progress of Program execution consultingactivitiesand effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver regularreportingwith the brand teamsperformancespeakerutilizationbudgetand actualspend and achievement ofobjectives(weeklymonthlyand quarterly report oversight).
- Lead and manageestablishment ofFMV rates withCompliance HCP& patient engagement systems and vendors;Control andmonitorHCP and patient annual caps; manage cap split between speaking and consulting.
- Partner with the Compliance team to ensureappropriateandaccurateinternal and externaltransparency reporting adherence to relevant policies/processes and ensure proper handling of any exceptions for the speaker bureau program.
- Develop and regularlymaintainannual promotional program reference guides and contracted speaker lists.
- HCP& PatientEngagement Contracting and Management:
- Partner with Marketing and the BU on the development and execution of all HCP annual and off-cycle contracts for the Sarcoma and NF1-PN Speaker Bureau advisory boards steeringcommitteeand consulting initiatives.
- Manage the comprehensive HCPand patientcontracting process for all BU engagements ensuring compliance and adherence to policies.
- Manage HCP profiling (background check and tiering process) FMV assignment contract generation signature process and oversee associated system trouble shoot any issuesmanaging toresolution across cross-functional partners and/or HCPs/
- Manage Statement of Fees andExpenses andhonorarium and process and track payments.
- Ensure all required documentation is uploaded into Finance and Compliance systems triage issues and escalations as needed.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and champion of all legal compliance finance and grants and giving systems and processes includingiHUB LEDOX RMS andAriba.
- Serve asinternalsubject matter expert for HCPand patient engagement training employees on HCP engagement process/SOPs/systems as needed.
- Lead and manage the transition of contracting processes and systems from legacy toupdatedacross all cross-functional teams.
- Serve as US representative as iHub AI tester.
- NationalHCP and Patient Advisory Board Operations
- Lead endtoendoperationalplanning and execution of national HCP and patient advisory boards across the portfolio
- Coordinate crossfunctionally with Medical Legal Compliance and Brand leadership to ensure full adherence to FMV OIG guidelines and internal policies.
- Oversee vendor partners to ensure seamless execution accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure proper contracting honoraria calculations documentation and payment processing for all advisors.
- Manage all logistical operations including venue selection (or virtual platform setup) scheduling contracts and participant communications.
- Work withRMLteam to supportrecruitment and screening of advisors ensuring diverse and representative participation across specialties geographies and demographics.
- Lead preparation and distribution of advisory board material packets briefing documents and postmeeting summary reports.
- Manage reconciliation for advisory board activitiesidentifyingefficienciesand maximizing ROI.
- Maintain an annual advisory board calendar and tracking system for visibility and risk mitigation.
- Own budget development PO/SOW management accruals reconciliations and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Monitor evaluate and refine advisory board operations to improve efficiency compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Ensure secure handling and storage of all documentation insights and compliance records.

Role Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience including at least 2 years in Marketing Operations and/or project management
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and promotional regulations; experience in highrisk contracting environments
- Proven project and vendor management skills including budgeting prioritizationlogistics and performance oversight
- Experience managing external vendors including performance oversight and daytoday coordination; experience with speakers bureaus preferred
- Experience in meetings management sourcing or procurement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multitask and manage a highvolume workload in a fastpaced environment
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and stakeholdermanagement skills; able to influence without authority across crossfunctional teams
- Operates with urgency efficiency flexibility and attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience inoncologyand/or rare diseasesand product launches (preferred)
- Excellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing; track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected salary range for this position is $121400.00 $182000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications location and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
