The Job
AsProgrammeManager for the Digital Transformation at Novo Holdings you will join the Strategy & Peoplesub-teamProgrammes& this role you will play a key part in strengthening the execution of Novo Holdings multi-year digital transformation by ensuring clear structureastrongexecution cadence and transparency across initiatives. You will enable senior leadership to maketimely well-informed decisions and support adoption and valuerealisationacross theorganisation.
Novo Holdings manages a diverse and growing investment portfolio exceeding DKK 200 billion spanning life science companies across all development stages as well as public and private equities bonds real estate and infrastructure investments.
This is a full-time temporary position for two years with the possibility of extension.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drive a consistent day-to-day execution cadence across digital initiatives and valuestreams.
- Maintain and continuously update transformation roadmaps milestones dependencies and RAG status.
- Prepare and facilitate governance execution and Digital Board meetings ensuring clear decision-making and follow-up.
- Act as a single source of truth on progress risks dependencies and priorities through senior-ready reporting and dashboards.
- Support value stream owners in planning execution and adoption of cross-functional digital initiatives includingthetracking ofrisks scope and budgets.
The role is anchored in theProgramme& Projects team andallocatedto supportthe Digitalorganisationas their transformation scales. You will work closely with investment teams corporate functions and senior stakeholders across Novo Holdings. You will report to theProgrammeDirectorStrategy & People and collaborate closely with the Head of Digital and the digital leadership team.

Professional and Personal Qualifications
Wearelooking for a candidate who has:
- A masters degree in business administration economics technology engineering or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in programme or project management within complex cross-functional environments.
- Experience from a PMO Project Office Transformation Office or management consulting environment.
- Strongexecution discipline and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Stronganalytical and communication skills; experience with digital or technology-enabled transformation is an advantage.
As a person you:
- Are highly structured reliable andstronglyexecution-focused.
- Work proactively and independently and are comfortable navigating shifting priorities.
- Remain calm effective and constructive in a senior-stakeholder environment.
- Build trust and credibility through clarity follow-through and sound judgement.
