Accepting applications for a Human Resources College Intern!

Job Duties:

Performs duties under general supervision of the Human Resources Manager to support new employee onboarding:

  • Create and assemble training packets/ for each new hire;
  • Assembling onboarding packets/folders;
  • Filing employment and personnel documentation into employee records via OnBase;
  • Data reporting management of various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

  • Conduct monthly drivers license verifications;
  • Employee recognition: maintaining a record of employee birthdays and anniversaries;
  • Other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
