Purpose of Role
The Technical Marketing Writer is responsible for writing compelling content for our wide product range covering sensors data acquisition hardware and measurement and analysis instrumentation and software and simulators. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming complex technical concepts into clear concise and compelling content tailored for engineers testing & measurement professionals and key decision-makers. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of high-impact marketing materials designed to drive engagement and lead generation. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical understanding B2B marketing savvy and exceptional writing skills. You will work across our interconnected marketing technology stack which includes a DAM (digital asset management) system PCM (product content management) and website CMS (content management system) to bring to life customer-focused content to our website. You will ensure that content aligns with business priorities resonates with the target audience and channels.
This position will be based in Portugal with a mix of home office and office-based environment.
The Technical Marketing Writer will work with the entire global marketing team to deliver marketing leading performance for our customers. You will also work with and across function departments including Sales Product Management R&D and Customer Care
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new content improvement opportunities with the purpose of driving more quality conversions
Optimize all content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Geographic Optimization (GEO) to improve organic search rankings enhance visibility and attract qualified international and local leads.
Write edit and publish a variety of technical marketing content including product marketing headers tags and content product documentation articles and white papers
Create compelling copy for our website landing pages and other digital marketing materials that drive conversions and technically-rich scripts for marketing videos webinars and product demonstrations.
Work closely with product managers engineers and sales teams to gather information and ensure the technical accuracy and market relevance of all content.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our overall demand generation and brand-building goals.
Understand our target buyer personas their pain points and their content consumption habit to enable the creation of compelling technical content.
Stay up-to-date on the latest B2B technology trends competitive landscape and content marketing best practices.

Professional Qualifications / Experience
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a similar role with a strong track-record of marketing is preferred.
A technical background or previous experience working in a high-tech environment is preferred

Experience in a technical writing or content marketing role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
A strong portfolio of high-quality technical content created for a business audience.
Ability to think of the customer first intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.

Excellent written English is an essential requirement of the role as all marketing materials are written in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Adobe Experience Platform Google Suite/Google Workspace and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
