Purpose of Role
The Marketing Business Partner (Marketing Manager)will be responsible to drive key marketing initiatives and campaigns designed to improving our customer journey enhance conversions and support revenue and profit goals.
You will act as a strategic partner to the businesstranslating market and customer insights into actionable marketing plans and executing campaigns that align with global strategy. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery capability managing projects end-to-end across multiple channels.
This position will be based in Portugal with a mix of home office and office-based environment.
You will collaborate closely with the global marketing organization and cross-functional teams including Sales Product Management Customer Care and Finance.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive commercial growth and lead generation for application in alignment with global strategy.
Develop and deliver omni-channel campaigns (e.g. SEM social media email events webinars PR) with clear campaign briefs and measurable reporting.
Translate customer market and competitive insights into targeted and account-based marketing plans that create differentiation and business impact.
Proactively identify engage and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and maximize business impact.
Manage stakeholder relationships through proactive communication regular feedback sessions and transparent reporting.
Serve as the main point of contact for marketing within your application representing the marketing function in internal and external forums.
Lead multiple concurrent marketing projects ensuring delivery on time within scope and on budget using structured project management practices.
Track and report campaign effectiveness market intelligence and competitive insights to inform future strategy.
Partner with the Sales and Product Management to cascade marketing plans educate teams on campaigns and support conversion opportunities.
Identify and promote customer success stories and engineering innovations for social and internal communications.
Success in this role will be measured by campaign ROI lead generation conversion improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

Professional Qualifications / Experience
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a similar role with a strong track-record of Marketing is preferred
Previous experience of working with technical B2B company or a production manufacturing or technical environment would be helpful
