Agilent is expanding on its oligonucleotide manufacturing capabilities with a new purpose-built facility designed to support the growing demand and innovation in therapeutic development and were looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help bring it to life!
As part of the initial startup team youll play a key role in commissioning qualifying and validating new equipment and systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receive document and sort incoming materials and products in accordance with established procedures
Facilitate inbound and outbound movement of products and materials including coordination with third-party logistics providers
Complete all required ERP transactions related to receiving inventory movements and shipping
Provide backup support for bulk tank scheduling including material deliveries and waste removal offloads when the Bulk Specialist is unavailable
Monitor manage and receive bulk gas inventory when the Bulk Specialist is unavailable
Inspect received materials to verify part numbers quantities and condition; identify and report discrepancies such as damaged unmarked or incorrect materials
Support outbound logistics activities by preparing shipments packaging materials per requirements applying shipping labels and verifying shipping documentation such as bills of lading invoices and orders
Prepare shipments for transport including hazardous materials and hazardous waste in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
Stage and transfer materials from the warehouse to manufacturing areas in alignment with production schedules as needed
Ensure a consistent and efficient flow of materials and products through warehouse and production areas
Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring all material movements between warehouse and manufacturing are accurately recorded in SAP
Participate in physical inventory counts and assist with investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
Support general departmental duties including maintaining supplies inventory levels and housekeeping standards
Accurately record daily weekly and monthly work activities using required checklists
Attend and actively participate in shift change meetings and Tier 3 Material Management meetings as required
Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to maintain GMP compliance
Cross-train on applicable warehouse and material management functions to provide backfill and operational support when required
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications
Required:
Secondary education
Warehousing experience
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Desired:
cGMP experience
TDG training
Forklift experience
ERP experience

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $24.54 - $38.34/hr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
