Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to learn about their ideal getaway preferences and budget.
Travel Research: Identify destinations and activities that align with client expectationsfrom must-see sights to hidden gems.
Itinerary Design: Create personalized day-by-day travel plans featuring accommodations excursions and local experiences.
Transportation Planning: Coordinate flights ground transfers rental cars and other travel logistics to ensure smooth transitions.
Budget Planning: Work within budget guidelines while delivering high-quality experiences. Leverage deals packages and upgrades.
