We are a journey of continuous growth now looking for our next star a passionate Group Pricing Manager. This position reports to Director of Product Management and will work in Chicago IL office or can be located within our offices in Limerick PA or Pompano FL.
About the position
As a Group Pricing Manager you will lead the alignment and execution of our overall pricing strategy in Dometic Marine Segment. Track audit and review existing and new pricing agreements and price lists. Apply a global perspective to align pricing across the regions and customers groups where applicable.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profit while ensuring competitive pricing
- Analyze customer and market trends to determine appropriate pricing
- Together with the Product Managers and facility Pricing Managers team monitor and update pricing as needed to reflect changes in the market
- Develop Power BI Pro reports and maintain pricing databases and systems
- Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and procedures
- Participate in pricing negotiations with customers vendors and suppliers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of costs as well as related financial information
- Maintain and update regularly pricing history database.
- Lead pricing strategy formulation and ensure to take pricing actions to enhance profitability.
- Stimulate market/region based segmentation to collaborate with Product Managers and Sales
- Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing actions effectiveness.
- Analyze financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of customers.
