Are you a passionate and skilled Clinical Dietitian ready to make a significant impact on patient health and recovery Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health is seeking a dynamic individual to join our dedicated team and become the go-to expert for all things nutrition.
This role is more than just assessing diets; its about being a vital partner in our patients healing journeys empowering them with the knowledge and personalized plans they need to thrive. Youll be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge nutritional science with compassionate individualized care.
What Youll Be Bringing to Our Team:
- Youll be the architect of individualized nutrition care plans translating complex science into actionable strategies that directly improve patient outcomes. This means expertly assessing needs pinpointing nutrition-related diagnoses and designing tailored interventions.
- Youll be a trusted educator providing customized age-appropriate and culturally sensitive nutrition guidance to patients their families and caregivers. Your ability to connect and inspire will make a world of difference.
- Working hand-in-hand with nurses doctors therapists and our Food & Nutrition Services team youll ensure seamless care coordination identify patients at risk and contribute to an outstanding patient experience.
- From routine screening to ongoing monitoring and evaluation youll vigilantly track patient progress adapting intervention plans as needed and ensuring comprehensive follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors completion of an accredited dietetics program (ACEND - Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics) required.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) License within 90 Days or start date required.
- Registered Dietitian (RD-ADA) within 90 Days or start date required.
- Registered Dietitian (RD-AND) within 90 Days or start date required.
- Registered Dietitian (RD-CDR) within 90 Days or start date required.
